Along the last part of the year, 4th of Primary students have been studying about different materials and their features and properties. One of the parts that really caught their attention was how light affects the different objects and materials. To finish the year, they made some experimenting in the class with transparent, opaque and translucent materials so they could see efects of reflection and refraction and also tested another interesting concepts as the light bouncing on different surfaces.

Finally they created their own magnifying lenses with plastic discs and water, discovering how easy can be seeing things bigger under the water, having a great time in the end of the year!
